Select Sleepology mattresses include in-home comfort guarantees of up to 365 nights. Comfort-guarantee periods vary by mattress.

Making a freshly dressed bed
Eligible mattresses must have a purchase price of $799 or more before tax.
A minimum 30-night adjustment period is required before a comfort exchange can be requested. Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface.
An approved liquid-proof mattress protector must be purchased from Sleepology on the same invoice as the mattress and used from the first night.
The mattress must remain clean, sanitary, undamaged and properly protected.
Eligible comfort guarantees provide one comfort exchange.
The replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value. If a higher-priced mattress is selected, the customer pays the difference.
If Sleepology originally delivered the mattress locally, a $99 pickup and exchange delivery fee applies.
If the original mattress was picked up by the customer, the customer is responsible for returning the properly packaged mattress and picking up the replacement.
Special-order or custom mattresses, including personalized dual-comfort or split-top configurations, are final sale.

Manufacturer Warranty

Every mattress sold by Sleepology is backed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods, coverage and conditions vary by manufacturer and product. Our team will explain the applicable warranty at the time of purchase and assist you with the warranty process should an issue arise.

Keep your proof of purchase and law tag, use the mattress on a support system that meets the manufacturer's requirements, and protect the mattress from stains and moisture. Warranty decisions are made under the applicable manufacturer's written terms.
